First Medical Out-Patient Buildings Delivered
We delivered our first two Medical Out-Patient Buildings at Trinity Medical Center and Poinciana Medical Center. We also launched our property management division to support these facilities and future healthcare real estate assets.
Expansion Into South Florida Region
We expanded into the South Florida region and added three new Medical Out-Patient Buildings to our portfolio. This growth strengthened our presence in a rapidly expanding healthcare market and broadened our real estate capabilities.

Onicx extended its proven discipline into new sectors, adding multifamily and industrial developments — including East Park Village Apartments in Orlando and Space Coast Commerce Park in Edgewater — to a portfolio long anchored in healthcare.
